Request for Help: Installing PyMuPDF on Cloud Services

These seems to become more and more important.
PyMuPDF has binary components - it is not pure Python. Obviously this requires extra steps to install it on a Cloud Service.
From the top of my head I am counting at least 3 issues asking for a solution.
I do not use this type of thing yet, so I am regularly out of good advice. ... Apart from the fact that every of these services work differently in this respect.

So my urgent request for help:
Please anyone having implemented an approach to successfully installing PyMuPDF on his cloud: sheare your experience here!
