The documentation for the standalone zip application for pip states:
There are also zip applications for specific pip versions, named pip-X.Y.Z.pyz.
There do not appear to be any URLs available for specific pip versions.

This feature would be helpful for us in order to have a consistent checksum for the zipapp file.
