It looks like no stats have been generated after 2013-05-17.bz2:

https://pypi.python.org/stats/days/

Consequently, packages like pypstats can't work properly

this endpoint is deprecated. please see https://mail.python.org/pipermail/distutils-sig/2016-May/028986.html for information on how to access a wealth of data regarding pypi activity.
