Project page cache not purged on release

There's been two issues so far where a project page was rendering badly due to an out-of-date cache:

• Rendering bug: content from all project tabs is displayed #2390 (project page was referencing an old JS bundle)
• Description not rendering properly #2581 (project page had the previous release's README)

In both these cases, a manual purge via curl -XPURGE fixed the issue, but in both, the cache should have been purged when the new release was made.
