In the current maintainers UI, I have added a link to the help page, explaining what a project maintainer can and cannot update on a project.

This code is currently commented out - we should:

  1. enable it
  2. add a help section explaining the limitations of the manager admin and why they exist

There was an issue somewhere (sorry, I can't find it), that discussed these limitations.

I am going to close this, as we removed this in the UI and it's definitely not part of the MVP. Let's revisit if my user tests show some confusion on this front.
