Describe the bug

When I try to delete my account (pabs), I get a Service Unavailable (503) error.

Expected behavior

My account is deleted from PyPI.

To Reproduce

Login.
Click Manage Account https://pypi.org/manage/account/
Click Delete your PyPI account https://pypi.org/manage/account/#delete-your-pypi-account-modal
Enter 'pabs' into Username field
Click Delete your PyPI account
Receive error message:

Service Unavailable (503)

Sorry, something went wrong

PyPI is down for maintenance or is having an outage.

This is affecting several of our services, including our web interface.
If you are trying to install a package, you should be able to pip install packages without problem.

I tried Firefox 52 and 60 on Debian GNU/Linux.
