Current workflow:

  1. User visits 'project settings' page in the PyPI admin
  2. User clicks on a link to create an API token for the project in question
  3. User arrives on 'create API token' page in their account settings

Ideal workflow:

  1. User visits 'project settings' page in the PyPI admin
  2. User clicks on a link to create an API token for the project in question
  3. User arrives on 'create API token' page in their account settings with the project preselected in the 'create token' form
