Bug report

Bug description:

activate.bat does not know anything about VIRTUAL_ENV_DISABLE_PROMPT, unlike Activate.ps1, activate.fish & bash/zsh activate scripts.

CPython versions tested on:

CPython main branch

Operating systems tested on:

Windows
