Hi, could you release libtorch for M1 MAC?
In pytorch.org, wheel supports M1 MAC, but libtorch doesn't.

I have a WIP patch I am testing for this. Will upload once I can test [x86_64 | arm64] libtorch-[static|shared}

#1078 Still in WIP. Need to test out cross-compile shared builds. But others work and you can run the patch locally if you want your own .zip for m1
