It would be nice to have NodeDef.layoutRequirements(Agnostic) or NodeDef.layoutRequirements(PropagateInputLayoutToOutputLayout) and get rid of static bool acceptsAnyInputLayout(const glow::Node *node) { and refactor the special handling for nodes such as quantize and convertTo in TensorLayoutCommon::getNthInputLayoutRequirements.
