Wie von dir vorgeschlagen, soll der LocalCollector auf Dateiänderungen innerhalb des Ordners reagieren können und neue/geänderte/gelöschte Pakete an den Indexer melden. Du hattest dich ja dafür bereits mit der watchdog lib beschäftigt.
