I would cut "helping programmers" to make it concise.
We could also try something like this:
"Racket is a programming language for quickly creating and deploying problem-specific languages and for integrating problem-specific solutions into a working system."
How about:
Racket is a _A Programmable Programming Language_ so that programmers can quickly develop, deploy, and integrate problem-specific variants notations.
(To support the last one, it would be *ideal( if the three snippets include a `require` to another language.)
working on a PR add a bit of explanatory text to 'Racket, the Language-Oriented Programming Language' and trying to communicate the value of LOP. (https://github.com/spdegabrielle/racket-lang-org/tree/LOP )
Still need to work out where a link to https://cacm.acm.org/research/a-programmable-programming-language/ can fit in this. (suggestions appreciated)
Does it look terrible? What should change?
