Translating Quick Start / Index Page (#465)

* started translating the page

* finished the intial translation of third section (creating and nesting components)

* finshed the intial translation of all the sections of the page

* removing the english texts and making it ready to review

* Delete package-lock.json

Since They used `Yarn` in the original repo. Using anything else like `npm` will generate `package-lock.json` which is not needed.
Please the next time try to use yarn or make sure to not add this file in the commit.
