Hi! Could you please add NSThread bindings (shouldn't be very hard). Or is there a guide explaining adding new bindings? Thanks.

A guide would be useful, but all we have right now is various historical PRs to use as a model.

If you look at this recent commit history, you will also see lots of PRs that are merged.
