Set ChainID?

So when I call the chainID in python I get 1111 however, when I call chain ID in swift I get 32414...

Can I set the chainID? or am I doing something wrong? I'm running a private chain

I got it to work by setting the chainID after building the transaction but before sending

transaction?.transaction.UNSAFE_setChainID(1111)
