📝 Provide a description of the new feature

Add the ability for the Lyrics Plus plugin to romanize Cyrillic Russian lyrics into Latin‐alphabet “romaji” so that non-Cyrillic readers can still sing along.

➕ Additional Information

I used greybax/cyrillic-to-translit-js to make it work on my end with some ai magic, and from my testing it works correctly.
