Support for Hibernate Validator 5.2 [SPR-12758]

Hibernate Validator 5.2 entered its beta phase yesterday and is likely to become generally available around the same time as Spring Framework 4.2.

Specifically, we should autodetect and support Hibernate Validator 5.2's new configuration features such as externalClassLoader.
