Update documentation references to Number/Currency/PercentStyleFormatter [SPR-17022]

Section Core technologies, paragraph 3.6.1. Formatter SPI contains reference to not existed classes: NumberFormatter, CurrencyFormatter and PercentFormatter. But as far as I know and see that classes were deprecated and removed from Spring.
Also paragraph 3.6.2. Annotation-driven Formatting contains snippet of code with aforementioned classes.
