Rewrite *1.10.8. PDF, Excel* paragraph in Spring Framework Documentation [SPR-17180]

Section Web on Servlet Stack paragraph 1.10.8. PDF, Excel should be rewritten, because of the following:

1. Almost all the text in the paragraph refers to another paragraph 1.10.11. XSLT and mentions it as previous. Therefore its almost impossible to read it and someone must first read the next section. (Only version 5.x.x is affected)
2. The paragraph contains fragments of code with deprecated and removed classes AbstractExcelView, AbstractJExcelView
