Using own SSL CA for sqlpage.fetch()

I am trying to use sqlpage.fetch() with internal RootCA.
The underlying Linux Server has the RootCA Cert and it works with the OS.

With sqpage i got Failed to connect to host: invalid peer certificate: UnknownIssuer

We would need to move the http Client that is built here:

add a config option to use the local root store in

and initialize the http client using with_root_certificates and the cert list from rustls_native_certs
