[BUG] Accessibility issue: detected card type not announced when editing card number with TalkBack enabled

Summary

In the add card bottom sheet when using TalkBack, when editing the card number, it should announce the card type, (i.e. Visa, Mastercard, American Express, etc)

Currently it says something like 4. Edit box. 4. Card number but ideally it would say ``4. Edit box. Card number. Visa.`
