Describe the idea
Once in tutorial environment, is efficient to have a learn more button, when clicked show more details (Ex: full specs, attributes,... ). or embed the relevant API page section. Pressing [X] or ESC returns to whatever before, previous state.

Describe alternative
A simpler solution is placing a small API button in tutorial page, click to open a new tab of API page, and jump to the section relevant to the lesson.

How important is this feature?
It might be useful for those learning from Svelte.dev website

Additional feature
Can have this API button or shortcut key in REPL also, once clicked or keyed, example: ctrl+click on the Svelte syntax to popup values/details or open new tab and jump to relevant section in API.

I've been working on cross-linking here #3719 (I'll resume work on that asap).

The shortcut suggestion seems cool, I'm just wary of conflicts with existing browser shortcuts, will investigate.
