The configuration reference has much more compat options. It seems, these documents are out of sync.

Right, there are specific tasks on changes that include adding new compat options, for example, #3822. Missing options will be documented in scope of such issues.

I only observed that box_info_cluster_meaning is not present here, but #3465 is closed. I don't find where it is tracked.
