Version 0.2.9 introduced the PATTERN_LIBRARY['SECTIONS'] setting for specifying the organisation and location of pattern templates. The default settings are backwards compatible, but this needs documenting so users get more value out of it.

EDIT - In fact, the change to the settings here is not backwards compatible, but we released it as a patch version 😬. Given that 0.2.9 is pretty broken anyway, we should consider yanking it and going to v1.0.0
