Description

We need to implement a contract public interfaces which is not part of the contract ABI. e.g. clone

Acceptance Criteria

  • The functions must follow the same API as 1.x branch
  • The callback support must be dropped
  • All the public interfaces from 1.x must be implemented

Additional Information

  • The code must be covered with unit tests

@mconnelly8 Due to typescript limitation bumped into while working on the issue, had to increase the estimate to find solution for it.
