Run mbed publish without log message prompt

When "mbed publish" is called, prompt for editing log message appears.
This makes it difficult to run this command from script.
Adding parameter of log message to "mbed publish" command or some other solution is needed here.

@screamerbg When mbed publish is called with -M option, only part of the message is taken to out log.
For example: mbed publish -M [Change in print function] - will create comment "[Change" only.

You need to use quotes. It's the same with git commit -m
