add firmware update steps

Hi,

I needed to update the firmware on my M1 to be able to use the new mic support. I wrote down all the steps.

At the very least this needs the warnings from Janne's post and even then I'm not sure it's a good idea to prominently state this because people will ignore the warnings and then complain which will cause additional support burden.

• Please ensure you have a restorable backup of your Fedora installation.
• Please attempt this only if you’re comfortable with the steps mentioned here and be prepared to do a fresh install.

The proper solution here is to automate this and add support to the installer.

Yeah I understand the concern. That said, these instructions are very detailed (and tested). I do think it's better than people googling and finding the quite brief instructions that @mkurz shared.
