This renames the blob extension from
azure-functions-extension-blobtoazurefunctions-extensions-bindings-blob.When importing the package, users will add
import azurefunctions.extensions.bindings.blobWhen installing, users will run
pip install azurefunctions-extensions-bindings-blobAlso fixed tests to accommodate for added logs from base extension.
