suppress those "Do you really want do this?" confirmations

those "Do you really want do this?" are justified to varying degrees, but they slow down the power–users.

So why don't we set a global vari "YES_REALLY_YES" read from settings initially and AND it with the popup confirmation dialogs.

I consider it an "enhancement" to usability! Maybe I do a PR myself. It is well known that too many confirmations are a real PITA though newbies might need them.

After all, once one has a quick copy of the file messages.dat what could possibly go wrong that cannot be corrected? very little, if anything.
