Bug: Timers are not created when adding a new timer.

Description

The above error occurs when adding a new timer.
I tried this on the latest codebase.

Steps to Reproduce

• Clear all UAC app data
• Uninstall the app
• Build it again and install the app (as if it is installed the first time on the device)
• Try to add a timer
