🐞 Using monochrome icons turns all icons in project navigator blue

Description

When the user has the file type style setting set to monochrome, instead of the icons in the project navigator being gray, they are the same blue as the folders are when color is chosen.

To Reproduce

1. Under the setting "File Type Style" choose "Monochrome"
2. Notice in the project navigator, all of the icons are blue

Expected Behavior

All the icons should be gray.
