SSID naming #111
Description
It could be problematic to have conflicting wireless SSIDs.
I propose to hash the Rasperry CPU (/proc/cpuinfo endpoint) serial and concatenate it to coderbot to form a unique and fixed SSID.
This logic will be in https://github.com/CoderBotOrg/backend/blob/develop/wifi.py.
Check https://github.com/CoderBotOrg/backend/blob/develop/api.py to parse /proc/cpuinfo.
