An initial implementation of the .NET version of the "Help centre" component:

  • Update to use the latest version of the GovUk.Frontend.AspNetCore package.
  • Updates to templates.
  • Phase banner moved above service navigation menu.
  • New content structure in collaboration with UCD team.
  • Implementation of "Contact us" page with GOV Notify integration.

This looks really good to me. The help markdown files are being reviewed and authored at a later date.
