Ao invés de usar a url host.docket.internal de forma hardcoded, crie uma variável de ambiente em um arquivo .env chamado API_URL e crie um .env.example para enviar para o repositório no commit. Assim você substituira onde tem http://host.docker.internal por process.env.API_URL.
