Background script that will upload the image in your clipboard to imgur / imgbb on pressing a shortcut

You press Win+Shift+ S to capture a screenshot ( and it gets saved in the clipboard )
By using this script, you can select a shortcut beforehand and a online image vendor.
Then whenever you press that shortcut the background script will simply take the image in your clipboard ( if any ) and will upload it to the selected vendor ( using the api key that you have to provide before hand )
