Django's allow_migrate() blocks migration operations but still records the migration as "applied" in django_migrations. This creates phantom records in all schemas, causing issues when moving apps between SHARED_APPS and TENANT_APPS. Add warning in docs/install.rst in the "Configure Tenant and Shared Applications" section explaining: - The issue and its root cause - Step-by-step procedure using migrate zero --fake to safely move apps The --fake flag is necessary because after moving the app in settings, allow_migrate() returns True for the destination schemas. Without --fake, Django would attempt to execute DROP TABLE statements for tables that don't exist (the original migrations never created them because allow_migrate() returned False at that time).
