Please add "./arkserver broadcast"

I would like to add broadcast messages before restarting my servers, the only problem is that there is no syntax like for example: ./arkserver start or ./arkserver restart or ./arkserver update, it would be nice to add directly a "./arkserver broadcast message" that would allow less this broken head.
