Deprecate mumble support as Linux is no longer being supported by the Mumble dev team

Description

Please include a summary of the change and which issues are fixed.

Linux is no longer being supported by the Mumble dev team

This is not true at all. In fact Mumble is developed in a Linux-first manner simply because all main devs use Linux as their main OS.

What you might be referring to is that the static server build is no longer provided.
