A way to silence "Failed to determine module name"?

I'm using parallel_exec_transform_with_prettyprint from my own command-line script and it prints a lot of "Failed to determine module name" messages from https://github.com/Instagram/LibCST/blob/main/libcst/codemod/_cli.py#L265

Is there a good way to silence that?

Sounds like the repo_root you're passing in is incorrect

I want to be able to call my script from a different dir.
Like the current dir is /some/dir and I want to call the script to codemod files in /some/other-dir.
I'm not sure what should be the the repo_root in a general case, and I set it to None currently.
I don't need the module name for my codemod.
