Description
Added a new test case to the AlterTest class.
This test case verifies the ALTER TABLE statement with KEY_BLOCK_SIZE, ALGORITHM, and LOCK options in MySQL.
The added test case is testAlterTableKeyBlockSizeAlgorithmLock.
