Restore broken CUBLAS test

Temporarily disabled in 3635b74
Should be fixed in 1.11.3 (JuliaLang/LinearAlgebra.jl#1137)

I think this is restored now? Looks to be there in latest commit on master. Reopen if that's not the case.
