Move embedding tests to buildkite

We should run the embedding tests on buildkite again.

They were dropped as a part of #37976 but should be relatively easy to add back again.

I was litterally just discussing with @vtjnash that the gcext tests are broken and we were wondering what had happened to CI support. I guess this explains it ;)
