Warning in windows build

Hi,

I see a warning in the windows build and I am not sure whether it is something to worry about or not?

WARNING: Detected access to binding `Base.DL_LOAD_PATH` in a world prior to its definition world.
...etc

I had another question: is there anything preventing you from removing LinearAlgebra from the sysimage?

Finally the license year need to be updated to 2025 in the LICENSE.md file.

That's very unspecific, but probably you're referring to #57364

I believe the error message in the issue that you linked has been fixed in master because it does not fill the screen at the end of the build like described. However it is probably very much related and it may be that the issue has been partially fix. In the latest master build you can find the following messaage:

Above SparseArrays warning is fixed by PR #57512 .
I still see warnings related to LinearAlgebra.

Could someone be kind enough to explain me why LinearAlgebra is not removed from the sysimage please?
