It looks like, currently, the
linuxaarch64buildbot workers are offline, so nolinuxaarch64jobs are starting.So, for now, as a temporary change, let's not create any
linuxaarch64buildbot commit statuses, because those statuses will always be pending (yellow) since the job will never actually start.
