The dataset contains a subset of questions/items from an employee exit survery. The items assess 8 latent factors such as "employee_value", "manager_satisfaction", "job_satisfaction", "team_satisfaction", "training_satisfaction", "org_environment", "work_life_balance" and "salary_satisfaction".
The purpose of this analysis is to establish the statistical rigor behind the survey. We examine correlatiions, cronbach's alpha, exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis to establish statistical evidence for reliability and validity.
