*PB parts support is only available in the beta test Arduino AVR Boards toolchain, which requires a special Boards Manager URL. Reference:
arduino/toolchain-avr#47 (comment)

This commit should be reverted once the Arduino AVR Boards hardware package is released which contains the new toolchain.

Resolves #44

Thanks! I don't know how long 1.6.206 will be the latest version.
Maybe replace 1.6.206 from the dropdown menu -> 1.6.206 or newer from the dropdown menu?

Good call. Somehow I had it in my mind that 1.6.21 is considered a newer version that 1.6.206. Since it's not, I was able to make the instructions more simple. You only need to click the "Update" button, there is no need to even think about the version because the IDE will handle that for you.
