LGTM.
For context, this prevents other WIP branches to trigger rebuilds. It was specifically introduced to guard against rebuilds during rebases on top of DEV/MAIN. The image pipeline would run if the dockerfile builds were touched on DEV/MAIN, but the WIP branch did not yet have those commits.
