Fixed typo on Get-DscConfigurationStatus
Fixed incorrect alias for Clear-History. Also fixed up the spacing of the table.
Clarified -RunAsAdministrator requires PowerShell 4
.LINK was typo'd as .LINE
"$services = get-service format-table -inputobject $services -property name, dependentservices" appeared as a single line instead of two distinct lines.
5.0 also had the problem with "Accept wildcard characters" properties of -Message, -Source, & -UserName parameters, so I corrected them to "True"
