Product and Version [VS/VSCode]: Newest version as of current date today.
OS Version [macOS/Windows]: Same as above with Windows 10.
IntelliCode Extension Version: Same as above.
Target Platform or Language [e.g. Node.js]: Python 3.11.5

Steps to Reproduce / Scenario:

1. Install intellicode with completion and use it with python, that's it. Just does not work. Many others are having the same problems, please get a fix on this.

It's hard to say without the actual log output if it is the same problem (although it is likely at this point).

Issues #481, #491 and #490 are likely similar and includes actual details about versions and log output from the intellicode/intellicode completions extensions.

Other issues may be related too (hard to tell without logs).

The source of the issue seems to be related to loading wasm files which may have been broken with a node update. It may also be related to this issue as the error and behavior is strangely similar: emscripten-core/emscripten#16913
