I'd like to propose some changes to the README, after going through this installation process a few times:

  1. Specify where to find the Generate Default Engines button (in the TensorRT tab) - got lost here once.
  2. Explain how to restart the UI after TensorRT installation.
  3. Consistently use code blocks when directly referencing UI elements
  4. Various wording changes and fixes (e.x. "sd_unet dropdown menu" -> "SD Unet dropdown menu")

adds more details to A1111 Install. No typos and clean formatting.
